This team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Drew and Matt were so responsive to a problem that needed immediate attention (leaky oil tank in the basement).  Jeremey, and Shae were part of the team on removal day and follow ups.  I called Monday morning, Drew was at my house by 1pm putting the wheels in motion, then he and Matt had the pump hooked up to pull the remaining oil to the tanker by 2:30. Special thanks to Price Pollard for all the help, dedication and hard work on our problem/project. We encountered an underground leaking oil tank on our property and didn't know who to turn to. Evergro suggested Pollard Environmental to assist. From start to finish Price and his crews were fantastic with their knowledge and answers to our questions. They did soil testing and removal of contaminated areas, pulled the old tank and back filled clean dirt leaving the area back to normal. Every step of the process, including working with Virginia DEQ and the county, was handled professionally and timely. From April to September of this year, the Pollard crew impressed me at every step of our leaking fuel tank replacement process. They arrived only hours after my frantic call about the leak—from Richmond to west of Charlottesville! Then, from connecting me to the VDEQ program, saving us a LOT of money; filtering the un-leaked fuel when siphoning it off into their temporary tank, and back into my new tank; excavating and backfilling the spill spot, topping it off with soil and mulch; and reminding me to bleed air out of the fuel lines before turning the furnace back on, John, Clinton, Hunter, Wyatt, Joe, Drew, and James patiently answered all of my questions, were friendly and courteous throughout, and put me at ease every time they showed up.
